Services:
Leasing Services- We help the investor find the right resident to rent their home. We do the advertising, place a rental sign in the yard, show the home, complete the tenant screening process, and complete the move-in paperwork. In addition, the investor may contact us FREE of charge during the tenancy and we will help them solve any management issues. A 1/2 month rent fee or a minimum of $800 is charged for this service.

Full Service Management- We rent the investors home and manage it. A leasing charge of 1/2 month rent or a minimum of $800 plus a monthly 8% management fee. A discount is awarded for multiple units. This gives you peace of mind and takes the hassle out of managing!

Consulting Packages-
  1. We help the investor market the home, assist them with the tenant screening process, and complete the move-in paperwork. Prospects contact the investor and he or she shows the home. Total cost $400.
  2. We help with marketing campaigns for apartment buildings, lease-up assistance on multiple units or new construction and budgeting assistance on larger projects. $150 per hour.
