Red Door Residential will manage your rental property
profitably. We know how to maximize rental income, keep expenses
in check, and deal with non-paying tenants. We’ll help you
determine a market-based rent, advertise your property, and
manage the lease – all with an eye on protecting your bottom
line.
Credit and background checks can help you avoid a tenant
nightmare. We run extensive checks on prospective tenants to
verify their income and confirm they have a sound rental
history. Our goal is to make sure you get paid and your property
isn’t protected against destructive tenants.
We’re available 24 hours a day. If you or your tenants have a
concern, we’re here to address it. Need a contractor? We work
with the most dependable electricians, plumbers and general
contractors in Portland. We do what it takes to keep your
property in top shape.
We keep you on the right side of the law with our knowledge of
the Fair Housing Act of 1968, the Civil Rights Act of 1866 and
other laws governing landlord/tenant relations. We’re also well
versed on laws regarding lead-based paint. We’ll let you know
what laws apply to your property and how to comply.

Leasing Services- We help the investor find the right resident
to rent their home. We do the advertising, place a rental sign
in the yard, show the home, complete the tenant screening
process, and complete the move-in paperwork. In addition, the
investor may contact us FREE of charge during the tenancy and we
will help them solve any management issues. A 1/2 month rent fee
or a minimum of $800 is charged for this service.
Full Service Management-
We rent the investors home and manage it. A leasing
charge of 1/2 month rent or a minimum of $800 plus a monthly 8%
management fee. A discount is awarded for multiple units. This
gives you peace of mind and takes the hassle out of managing!
Consulting Packages-
- We help the investor market the home, assist them with the
tenant screening process, and complete the move-in paperwork.
Prospects contact the investor and he or she shows the home.
Total cost $400.
- We help with marketing campaigns for
apartment buildings, lease-up assistance on multiple units or
new construction and budgeting assistance on larger projects.
$150 per hour.
